Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitoring and recording patients' conditions and vital signs
• Supporting the healthcare team with medical procedures and administrative tasks
• Providing emotional and social support to patients and their families
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients

Settings we Support:

• Care Homes: Offering personalized care and assistance to elderly residents in residential care facilities.
• Domiciliary Care: Providing essential care services to individuals in their own homes, allowing them to maintain independence and comfort.
• Hospitals: Supporting the nursing and medical staff in delivering acute care to patients in a hospital setting.
   

Recruitment Criteria:

To join our dedicated team of Healthcare Assistants, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 6 months of UK experience in a care role within the last 2 years
• A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• An empathetic, patient, caring and resilient nature
